Orders placed on in stock items before 1.00pm Mon - Fri we will try our best to dispatch on the same day. Out of stock items that are available to buy may take a few days longer to dispatch. You will be sent an order acceptance email when payment is received. When we have dispatched the order you will be sent an email with any tracking information. Any delays we will notify you immediately.

Sent either by Royal Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special (2-5 Working Days). There must be someone in to sign for your item

IOSS taxes paid on orders up to €150
Please note orders over €150 that the purchaser is the importer of record and as such is responsible for paying any applicable custom duties and import taxes.

Returns & Replacements
Don’t worry about making a return perhaps you have ordered the wrong size or the item may be faulty. Whatever the reason may be for you want to return your item we would like to make returning your purchase is as easy as possible. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase (in store sales) or the date of dispatch to you (online sales)
We can’t accept returns for earrings for pierced ears, sale stock, promotional items, special order items, items that have been engraved or adjusted in any way (e.g. watch strap shortening) An item must be returned in its original condition – this applies both to the item and the original presentation box. The exception to this is goods that you received that were faulty, in this case we will examine the items before agreeing that it is faulty.
Your options when returning items are generally a full refund (online purchases only), a credit note or an exchange. Refunds will only be given by the same method as the original payment.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are returned so please keep your proof of postage. We suggest you use some form of recorded delivery if posting.
Returning an Item
There are two ways to return items to us.
1. Bring direct to our Louth shop
2. Post the item to; Striacroft Ltd, Butcher Lane, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9JG.
